ProofBetter provides managed or self-hosted creative review software under the plan and deployment terms selected at purchase.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for authorized account use, workspace content, lawful reviewer invitations, and appropriate security configuration.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected interval until canceled. Taxes, provider charges, plan limits, self-hosting responsibilities, and enterprise terms may apply.
Content and availability
You retain rights in your content. Review restrictions are access controls, not DRM. Service commitments, support, data processing, and liability terms are governed by the applicable plan, order form, or agreement.
